Academy Registrations – Term 4, 2018

Back by popular demand…  Hale Hockey Club is pleased to announce that the enormously successful hockey academy sessions for up and coming players to keep their skills sharp for the 2019 Season.

The program will be run by our experienced elite coaches and players catering to for boys and girls of all abilities.

The Term Four Program will run for 4 weeks (8 Sessions), at a cost of $130

Welcome to Hale

This evening (22/3) the AIS Draft for the Women’s Premier League was held, and Hale had three picks (#1, #4 & #9)

The following Hockeyroos players will be joining Hale this season.  Please give them a Big Blue Welcome.

Mariah Williams (56 Caps – 7 Goals)

Hailing from Parkes, NSW.  Mariah made her debut for the Hockeyroos at only 17 years of age.  A forward, Mariah was a member of the 2016 Rio Olympic team, as well as Captaining the Jillaroos at the 2016 Junior World Cup, where she came away with a Bronze Medal.

Emily Smith (163 Caps – 65 Goals)

Hailing from Crookwell, NSW.  Emily made her debut for the Hockeyroos in 2011 at the age of 19 and has been a fixture in the team ever since.  A Striker, Emily is a dual Olympian (London & Rio), Commonwealth Games Gold Medallist (2014) & 2014 World Cup Silver Medallist.

Kristina Bates

Hailing from Melbourne, Victoria.  Kristina is a new addition to the Hockeyroos squad, having represented Australia at the 2016 Junior World Cup, coming away with a Bronze Medal.  Kristina is a Striker/Midfielder who will make her Australian Debut at the upcoming Hawkes Bay Hockey Festival (March 31-April 9).
