{"id":9699,"date":"2023-11-10T08:56:11","date_gmt":"2023-11-10T00:56:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/halehockey.com.au\/cms\/?p=9699"},"modified":"2023-11-10T08:58:43","modified_gmt":"2023-11-10T00:58:43","slug":"notice-of-agm-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/halehockey.com.au\/cms\/notice-of-agm-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Notice of AGM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The 2023 AGM will be held on Wednesday 29 November at 7:00PM at the Hale Clubrooms.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The order of business at the Annual Meeting shall be as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcome &amp; Apologies<\/li>\n<li>Minutes of Previous Meeting<\/li>\n<li>President\u2019s Report<\/li>\n<li>Receiving of:\n<ol>\n<li>Financial Report for 22-23 Financial Year<\/li>\n<li>Balance Sheet &#8211; 30 June 2023<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Election of Officers:\n<ol>\n<li>President<\/li>\n<li>Director of Finance<\/li>\n<li>General Members<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Other Business<\/li>\n<li>Closure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Constitution states that a third of the Board must be elected each year. In accordance with this, the President, Director of Finance and 2 General Member positions are vacant.<\/p>\n<p>Nominations for the 4 Board positions must signed by the Proposer and Nominee, and be received by 5PM on Wed 22 November \u2013 using the Director Nomination form attached.<\/p>\n<p>Any other Notices of Motion for consideration at the Annual Meeting must be sent to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:gm@halehockey.com.au\">gm@halehockey.com.au<\/a> by 5PM on Wed 22 November.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/halehockey.com.au\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Board-Nomination.docx\">Director Nomination Form<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/halehockey.com.au\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Agenda-AGM-2023.docx\">Hale Hockey Club AGM Agenda 2023<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 2023 AGM will be held on Wednesday 29 November at 7:00PM at the Hale Clubrooms. &nbsp;
