{"id":9940,"date":"2024-10-30T12:57:41","date_gmt":"2024-10-30T04:57:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/halehockey.com.au\/cms\/?p=9940"},"modified":"2024-10-30T12:57:41","modified_gmt":"2024-10-30T04:57:41","slug":"hale-agm-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/halehockey.com.au\/cms\/hale-agm-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Hale AGM 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The 2024 AGM will be held on Wednesday 27 November at 7:00PM at the Hale Clubrooms.<\/p>\n<p>The order of business at the Annual Meeting shall be as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcome &amp; Apologies<\/li>\n<li>Minutes of Previous Meeting<\/li>\n<li>President\u2019s Report<\/li>\n<li>Receiving of:\n<ol>\n<li>Financial Report for 23-24 Financial Year<\/li>\n<li>Balance Sheet \u2013 30 June 2024<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Election of Officers:\n<ol>\n<li>President<\/li>\n<li>Director of Finance<\/li>\n<li>General Members<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Other Business<\/li>\n<li>Closure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/halehockey.com.au\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Board-Nomination-2024.docx\">Board Nomination 2024<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/halehockey.com.au\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Agenda-AGM-2024.docx\">Agenda AGM 2024<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Constitution states that a third of the Board must be elected each year. In accordance with this, the President, Director of Finance and 2 General Member positions are vacant.<\/p>\n<p>Nominations for Board positions must signed by the Proposer and Nominee, and be received by 5PM on Wed 20 November \u2013 using the Director Nomination form attached.<\/p>\n<p>Any other Notices of Motion for consideration at the Annual Meeting must be sent to <a href=\"mailto:gm@halehockey.com.au\">vp@halehockey.com.au<\/a> by 5PM on Wed 20 November.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 2024 AGM will be held on Wednesday 27 November at 7:00PM at the Hale Clubrooms.
