Notice is hereby given to the Members that the 2021 Annual General Meeting of the
HALE HOCKEY CLUB (Inc.)
Will be held:
Date: Wednesday, 24th November 2021
Time: 7:00pm
Venue: The Arnold Room, Hale Hockey Club, Williamstown Road, Doubleview
Pursuant to the Rules of the Association, the following deadlines and notices are in place for the purposes of conducting the meeting;
- Director Nominations – Deadline has Now Passed
- Director Nominations – Posted Below & Emailed to Membership 17 Nov
- Ballot Papers – Not Required. See Note Below about Nominations

- David Guest – Proposed by Paul Graham, Seconded by Cameron Brook
Note: As only a single nomination has been received for each of the positions available, the nominated persons will be elected unopposed, as a result Ballot Papers will not be required.
