At the end of last season, the club conducted a survey of members. 176 responses were received from across the membership base.
As far as practically possible the board has taken the wishes of the members on board for the 2022 season. This has resulted in major intiatives such as:
- Taking the senior lower grades out of the latest training slot.
- Providing quality coaching to the senior lower grades.
- Adding more focus to coaching and training roles across the club.
- Recruiting more volunteers to help fulfill club duties.
- Focusing on the state and maintenance of the clubs facilities.
