The club is looking for a Minkey Coordinator to manage our thriving Minkey program with over 150 participants. Fee to be negotiated, from $2000 per annum. This can also be combined with the Turfball Coordinator role.

1. Admin
a. Liaise with club registrar on numbers
b. Advertise in local school newsletters in the lead up to Term 2.
c. Split registrations into groups by age and sex, clearly communicate groups to registered members in advance and at training sessions. (most friend requests are accommodated by streaming on schools as well).
d. Deal with additional players / missing players on session by session basis
e. Liaise with club marketing teams on communications (social and email)
f. Organise Hockey international to be at first session for purchasing equipment for new players.
g. Arrange Minkey shirts to be distributed in first session.
2. Coaching
a. Recruit a panel of coaches for the season. (run an induction session if possible)
b. Ensure there are 2 coaches per group for each session (one senior 18+ and one junior year 9-12).
c. Develop a roster of games and skills that coaches can use at their discretion. Provide advice to coaches if needed
d. Walk around drills and offer advice if needed
3. Match Day
a. Ensure equipment is set up and ready for groups.
b. General management as required.
c. Pay coaches
